 Tammy Grassi - Realtor®, ABR, Team Leader-The Tammy Grassi Group
Tammy was raised in and currently resides in the Southern Butler County Community, with her Husband Scott and 3 sons, Joshua, Tanner & Kameron. Tammy had the good fortune of growing up in a family owned business of builders and real estate investors/developers. Her Family has established a tradition of hard work and outstanding performance that Tammy tries to follow in everything she does.
After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, Tammy entered into the field of retail sales management. By 1997 Tammy was servings as an Area Sales Manager for an upscale retail clothier. At that point Tammy was asked to join the family business and her career in real estate was launched.
Tammy has been exposed to the real estate profession her entire life. From new construction to investment properties, single family homes to multi-family units, residential to commercial sales and rentals, Tammy has seen it all.
Tammy will utilize her experience and knowledge to market your home to her large resource base in order to actively seek out a buyer. Jessica Dittmer - Buyer Specialist/Administrative Assistant
Jessica was raised in Butler County and currently resides in the Southern Butler, with her son Devin. In 1998 she graduated from Butler High School, and worked full time at Dollar Bank as a Bank Teller. She has been with the Tammy Grassi Group since January of 2005.
Jessica will work with buyers and assist them in the home buying process. She will always make sure each buyer has all the information they need about your property, and that they are pre-approved and can afford to purchase your home. Jessica is the glue that holds every transaction together. She will be the person calling for feedback on buyers seeing your home, ordering your marketing, corresponding with you, buyers, agents, lenders and anyone involved in your transaction. Jessica is always friendly, organized and professional.
When representing you as a Buyer’s agent Jessica works tirelessly to find all properties that meet your needs and coordinates each phase of your transaction from start to finish.
Erick Hortert - Buyer Specialist
Erick was born and raised in Butler County where he now reside with his wife Rachel and 4 children Erick, Mitchell, David & Rebekah. Erick and Rachel own & operate Brownsdale Manor Personal Care Home, a family owned business. Erick enjoys sports, coaching basketball, spending time with his family & friends, as well as volunteering at his church. Erick’s family life is very important to him and he will always take that into consideration when it comes to helping you and your family.
Working as your full time real estate specialist Erick has had extensive training and experience in residential and relocation sales, new construction and investment properties. Prior to work in real estate Erick was employed 14 years in graphic arts and marketing, 4 years in new construction and continues to operate his family owned business for 7 years now. Erick’s extensive knowledge brings comfort to his clients making their decision process effortless.
